If you're taking meds, it means you will need to reduce the dose. I would think that would be great news!

BTW, 82 isn't too low. Your body just isn't used to a normal level so you felt low.

Normal bg's are 75 - 115

I had a littleepisode of dizziness though, just before dinner and Itested my bg at 82. So too low is not better as I cansee.

Good morning Meenie,

I don't take med and seems that I won't need them for

now. Except for the first 5 days after the Dr. told

me I had diabetes, every entry is in the normal range

or very near it.

Yeah !! Keep it up!!

I must say though that what you all say about your doctors concerns me. My doc (all of them) and dietician don't say yeah or nay for any diet but to follow what works for you and shows good results. As they say no 2 diabetics are alike and no two respond the same to different foods. I will keep my docs and hope I never get one like yours.

Congratulations ! It must make you feel reallygood! I know my Dr. will be against Atkins too but for me itwork for now and I'll keep to it at least until I meetthe dietician at the end of April.
