Judi, you poor thing. Is this the same hospital where you fell as you

were getting into the pool? If so, you should definitely stay away.

If anyone has worse luck than I do, I think it's you, LOL.

In spite of that black cloud, you always have the best attitude! I

don't know how you do it, but I admire you for it.

Maybe you could sue them. Or at least threaten. That should get their

attention.

Dear Judi, That is the most terrible thing that happened, such

disturbing news. How neglectful they are, and I would seek some type

of legal advise. They don't even tell you what happened, until your

family calls later to find out why your in so much pain, I would be

furious too.

Please take care of yourself, I'm glad that your home with your

family. Please don't go back there again, my gosh. My prayers are

with you, Tawny

Oh, Judi, you poor thing!

Your family has a right to be angry. I mean, accidents can happen, but to

withhold that information from you was really unexcusable. What were they

thinking? That what you didn't know wouldn't hurt you?!! Good for your husband

for being persistent.

I would expect now that any care that you require because of this would be paid

for by the hospital -- even if it's at another hospital!!

Hope you're feeling better soon,

Judi,

Good grief, I'll be really furious too! That similar thing happened to a friend

of mine once but by paramedics.

I sure hope there will be accountability given by the hospital and staff. (And

it had better be good. ) I'm not one to go " Court " happy, but I think this would

be a case.

Here's a joke that I hope you haven't heard before: ( I don't drink, but I

thought it was a cute joke anyway)

A duck walks into a bar, hops up on a barstool and says, " Got any grape juice? "

The bartender says, " No, I ain't got no grape juice, now get out! "

Next day, the duck walks into the bar, hops up on a barstool and says, " Got any

grape juice? "

The bartender says, " I told ya before, I ain't got no grape juice and if you ask

me again I'm gonna nail yur little webbed feet to the floor! "

Next day, the duck walks into the bar, hops up on a barstool and says, " Got any

nails? "

" No ... "

" Got any grape juice? "

Hope that brought out the sunshine instead !

: - ) I hope you'll be feeling much better very soon.

Judi,

They did all that damage and didn't tell you?

Good grief. You do have a black cloud. Do you think someday you could get to

the silver lining already?

I have to wonder if the reason nothing was said was

first embarrassment over the fumble and second concern

about being sued-seems people will sue over every

little thing.--- Noreen Saukko <nsaukko@...>

Judy,

I am so glad you found out why you were in so much pain and had bruises.

It is wrong that you had to find out this way. You attitude about all of

this is marvelous. I hope your experience will make a difference and in the

future the hospital doesn¹t try to hide their mistakes.

After all you¹ve been though, I hope the surgery was a success!
