Guest guest
Too bad Barrett's Quackbuster website is listed on this website. Otherwise, it looks like a good link. Deb Konkle, MS, RD Acton, MA Re: Vitamin D and sarcoidosis Check the links provided on this webpage: http://www.carcinoid.org/pcf/nutrition.shtml Dianne Kiyomoto, RD ============================================== Does anyone have any info on Vitamin D intake and sarcoidosis? I have a patient with sarcoidosis and low 25OH-Vit D levels. I'm not familiar with this. A quick lit search shows Vitamin D supplementation may exacerbate her sarcoid symptoms. But low Vitamin D levels are also deleterious. Does anyone know anything more about this (e.g. how much Vit D should she consume, if any, etc?) I have told her to limit her exposure to sunlight, obviously. NOTICE: This confidential message/attachment contains information intended for a specific individual(s) and purpose.
