Hi Dianne

I too have small duct PSC. Apparently my regular bile duct is ok and no

constrictions, it is the smaller intrahepatic ducts that are the problem.

Luckily I have had no ascites, varices, infections, jaundice or other awful

things. My Alk. Phos. and GGT are elevated as usual, I have nausea and

fatigue daily. I'm beginning to wonder about my brain too. But I think that

may be more related to my Lupus. I have trouble concentrating, feel terribly

anxious (eventhough I am on xanax, 3 mg/day).

I hope you manage to avoid the bleeds, etc. and start feeling better.
