That might be good for me. I am a reformed saltaholic, and I actually don't

use soy sauce anymore cuz it tastes too darn salty for me! Cary

You guys might also want to try Bragg's Amino Acids sometime. It tastes just

like soy sauce, but has a lot less sodium. You can't tell a difference, though,

and it's really packed with lots of nutrients.
