Guest guest
Catching up on my reading and videos today. Ron had to take me to the ER last night as my hand (the one that I had surgery on 2 weeks ago) looked more like a catcher's mitt than a hand, and my temp was over 100. Yep, infection, big time. One IV antibiotic, some pain meds, (needed them while they took out the remaining stitches and cleaned out the wounds) and many tears later I am home and caught up on sleep. ah, gone are the days when I used to heal so fast I didn't even need a band-aid. Now I could invest in and . Today a little more normal, hand looks more like a hamburger with fingers, but at least I can wiggle the fingers. Less pain, less fever, no tears, telling jokes. Was going to paint the den, but guess that will have to wait. It's such a pretty green too, but as says, it's kinda " neon green " and maybe not a good idea right now (the can says " celery. " ) My neighbor's '70 Chevette is in better shape right now. and it has an oil leak. OK, I'm getting silly. Welcome to the new kids on the block, hope all you other kids are doing ok, and Carole let us know what you find out. One good thing about double vision, if you see a cute guy, you see twice as many!
