Guest guest
Hi Jefersea I'm just wondering where that list of all the things sugar does came from? I can tell you IV Dextrose does not cause cerebral hypoxia. Cary

Guest guest
Hi Cary, I received the list from my mom-n-law, who does a lot of reading and researching on harmful stuff, because she has some medical conditions which really affects her if she isn't careful. The author of the list is a Ph.D. named Appleton, and the title of her article is: " 126 Reasons Sugar Is Ruining Your Health " Personally, I do know that I can feel a difference when I have too much sugar. I get cranky, sluggish, added weight in a short order and just plain not myself. Natural honey, juice, yogurt or fruit seems to give me more of the natural life without as bad a side affect. Like everything in life, most things affect people differently, so what is bad for me may not have the same negative affect on someone else, so I usually try to 'weed out' what doesn't apply and keep what does.
