About 25 years ago my son got involved with doing BACH FLOWERS. It was a type of

kineseology. The best part? It kept him and his friends busy and taking the

Bach remedies for what ever they were 'weak' in kept them from taking other

drugs.

At work they have had inservices w/ this Chiro that speaks on

nutrition, his version of it anyway- the two things that stood out

were that potatoes are so awfully, obviously bad to eat, & he said

since we really need to have 10 fruits & veg, we shouldn't even try

to eat them all, cause we are just setting ourselves up for failure &

bad health, instead we should buy a can of veg. powder from him, add

some to a beverage each day, or couple times a day & you'll be way

better off. I stood up and left...
