Being wheat free (not gluten free) I am always looking for restaurants that can

accomodate me. There is a national association you can find at:

glutenfreerestaurants.com. I find this website very helpful when I am traveling.

As for favorite products, I am thrilled to have gluten free baking mix. It has

allowed me to have all of my favorite baked desserts and my guests never know

the difference. I even make desserts Vegan as well as gluten free as I have 3

Vegan children and 1 Macrobiotic child.

Most large supermarkets now carry a variety of gluten free cereals and baking

ingredients.

I just read on a blog that PF Changs has a great selection:

" I am a fan of PF Changs, because of their elaborate gluten-free

menu<http://www.pfchangs.com/cuisine/menu/GlutenIntolerantMenu.pdf>.

Even their lettuce wraps are made gluten-free, with a specially prepared GF

sauce. The fact that this restaurant chain goes out of their way to label

their food and are aware of dietary restrictions warms my heart. The only

drawback of PF Chang's awesomeness is how crowded it can become. " (
