Guest guest Posted June 23, 2004 Report Share Posted June 23, 2004 Renate, shortly after my problems began, my rotator cuff tore while I was lying on that shoulder in bed- pop, pop, POP! That pain was terrible and I had a lot of trouble with it for several months. Even now, I have to baby it. Were you doing anything when it tore? Or did it happen spontaneously?
