Guest guest
Well, this is it. I just took my very last Fioricet (not by choice!). I have the info on symptom alleviation, but I don't want to have to alleviate them; I want to avoid them altogether! To say I am frightened to death is an understatement! I hate those pounding, excruciating Chiari headaches with a passion, and I do not want another one!! I've already done my gripe session about the docs not providing me with the meds that curtial them, so I'll spare you another round, but I am still ticked!! (That's being polite!) Does anyone have any tips for avoiding those bloody things?? I have done the ER rounds with them, too many times to count. (Of course, I have hospital-hopped as well!) But they are all the same -- they treat me like dirt, like the veritable scum of the earth, assuming I am a druggie! I can't even tell you what all they've put me through -- it would be a novel!! HELP?! God bless, Sharon in Nashville (aka "Beep") ACM1, fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, spina bifida occulta, dextroscoliosis, TMJD, migraine, panic disorder, and just plain meanness! *G* Seeing Rosner 11/
Guest guest
I am on 2000mg Neurontin a day and it does help. The way the doc explained it to me when he put me onto it was that it helped as a pain inhibitor and also helped with any other pain meds you were taking. Between the Neurontin and the morphine sulphate and Fiorinal when I get break through pain which is quite often I manage to get through the days mostly. I am on a c pac machine at night and it doew help. Regards Ann in Brisbane Australia Judy Marie wrote: > At 11:27 AM -0700 9/26/99, shron62@... wrote: > >Well, this is it.
