[ ] Good News for a Change!

Hi AllI just wanted to let everyone know that from out of the blue my doctor from Philadelphia (the one I have had all the trouble with) called me on the phone. He went over my biopsy report, and he has FINALLY decided to put me on interferon treatment starting in a couple weeks soon as the paper work is done.I cannot begin to tell you how I feel but to me this is a possible new lease on life with the liver I have because IF the treatment works...I have a genotype virus that is curable in hep C....the severe fibrosis and the beginning of my cirrosis can be reversed.I dont think I have ever been so happy in my life to be given a chance at anything.Having this horrible disease of the liver has changed my life. It will stay changed forever. I look at everything so much more differently then I ever did before, and am thankful for every day I have here left on this earth.Thankyou for listening S.P.A.

The plane crashed south east of Pittsburgh.

What a devastating day for the world!

Lynn, I realized after I send that stupid message that I had the wrong town! I guess I thought you lived in Philly. I have not gotten to watch much TV today....but felt sooooo stupid after I sent the wrong town! But even so, it has been a terrible thing indeed!

I live near Philly. No plane hit here. It was on the opposite side of the

state that the plane crashed.

Judi,

anytime we have good news that's something to rejoice over. went to

church last wednesday, my baby Chas (17)is singing with a praise

band, i was in the back behind some TALL boys, (I'm a shorty) so I

couldnt see if she was onstage for sure. then i heard her voice

rising over the band's music, and i forgot all about aches and pains,

and thanked God that I have a daughter like her. We'll be agreeing in

prayer that the remicade & mtx will help you. have a blessed

thanksgiving.

That is good news, Judi!

I'd very much like to know what your rheumatologist says about the

possibility of treating your Dercum's with Remicade and MTX.

I'll tell you where to go!

Judi,

Please don¹t feel odd. You have a rare disease and that is not your fault.

So glad you got good news. Now if the Remicade and MTX works, that will be

really good news!

I hope you and your family have a nice Thanksgiving.

Hi Judi

Thank goodness about the aneurysm! I have to say, you are the most cheerful
