Welcome Cile. The weight battle is a problem many of us have. I am not as

active and don¹t burn off what I eat. I know I should cut down on my

quantity. My mom lost a lot of weight at Weight Watchers. But she also

walked every day, something that is difficult for me. Do you take anything

for the PN? Some members have gotten relief from medications. I¹m sorry

about your divorce. It¹s to bad some spouses don¹t believe in ³In sickness

and in health.²

Hi Cile and welcome to the group! Have you tried water exercise? I

know it is a easy on your joints, although I don't know how it will

be with your other diseases (I just have RA). It is also a good way

to get out and meet other people. The arthritis foundation has a

website that can find classes and support groups in your area, here

is the link:

www.arthritis.org/events/getinvolved/ProgramsServices/default.asp

I hope you stick around. This is a wonderful group of people and you

will find lots of information and support here :) I'm glad you

joined us.
