I've just run across something I think I might have known, but have definitely

forgotten. Chocolate, grapes, raisins, etc., I remember; but xylitol, I don't!

Just want to share w/the rest of you dog/animal lovers!

http://www.snopes.com/critters/crusader/xylitol.asp

One of my two dogs is notorious for pushing his long, slobbery snoot deep inside

my bag or purse, scavenging frantically for the weekly pack of fruity flavored

sugarless gum. He's chewed the whole pack on more than one occasion! Sounds like

I've/we've been very fortunate. :) His size probably has something to do with

his high tolerance. Har does appreciate his treats!

Hope you find this information helpful!
