Guest guest
Hi All... Today was another day, the sun rose in the morning and set over Lake Ponchitrain in a beautiful sunset here in New Orleans. Today was a rough day, pain wise, as will be the next day, as we have a storm front moving in and I will have to deal will a bad pain day. But my dogs made my day bearable. For all of ya'll's info...I am a breeder/owner/handler of Bichons Frises. (For thse who have not seen the breed, they are beautiful little white fluffy dogs...they look like little cotton balls when they are in a show cut) I have 2 females and a male at the moment, 2 of which are 4 month old puppies...1 m, 1 f, and the mommy is the other dog. They keep me busy as I have to keep their kennel clean and make sure they get out for play and potty breaks, and for training, as I start training my show dogs at 9 weeks old. They are my joy, as I love to watch them play out in my backyard. The little girl, Krissy...AKC name, KarLa's Krissy Creme de la Creme, loves to play more than any other dog I have seen, she does not want to come inside when I am tired or she has tired out the other 2 dogs. My little boy Pepper, AKC name KarLa's White Hot Lil Pepper...well he is just that...a Pepper. Full of fire and loves to get into things he should not get into...sometimes a little naughty too!!! Tonight I took them outside for their evening potty break, and Pepper and Krissy decided that they needed to dig a hole. Well...it has rained most of the afternoon here in New Orleans...and we have black soil. So...you figure out how black my 2 little white dogs looked after about 5 minutes in the backyard!!! Covered from head to toe in jet black soil, and mud. Needles to say...a bath insued shortly after and my 2 muddy puppies soon turned back into their normal white fluffy selves. Now they are in their kennel/indoor play area, and are happily playing with their blue moose sqeeky toy and their mailman toy. They sure help keep my spirits up with their absolute love of life and the love they give!! Larry in New Orleans... __________________________________________________
