Checking not for profit hospitals are a good start. i work for one

and from what you have described, she may qualify for free

treatment. hospitals that have education programs for resident docs

generally have clinics which may also do free or lower cost

She does not qualify for the free clinic any more because of her

income. The only hospital here is for profit. Thanks Betty
