Guest guest
Hi Rae So sorry to hear of your mother's passing. My hubby is the same way. On several occasions we had to take my sibs in for one reason or another. We have good men, don't we? From what I hear it was best that we did stay home Friday. We heard the crowds were horrid. Then last night on the news they showed how people were pushing to get into a store. What has brought this society to the point of being animals? Congrats on another baby in the family! What a wonderful blessing! It's great being a grandma! Our DGD is 10 and though we hate to see her grow up we also enjoy watching her become a young lady. She loves to decorate the house for holidays so we started that yesterday. We sent her home with that " talking wreath " last night! Every year she has asked to bring it home, this year I put it in her room so Mom wouldn't forget it. I don't think our daughter wants it anymore than we do! LOL DGD loves it! LOL Now if we could just get rid of that train set that goes under the tree..........LOL We had our turkey Friday and boy it was good. Of course silly us, we can't wait till I make turkey soup! <big ol grin> Have a good one. in Ct.
