Guest guest
Hi Judi, That better be some really calming medicine--- Dixie <dix7chix@...> wrote: This past winter, there was a seniors facility opened that is just down the street from my house. I had watched them built it and was so looking forward to its opening. I began a water aerobic class and went three times. Unfortunately, the water was just too cold. Inside of twenty minutes my lips were turning blue and my joints aching. The whirlpool was no help because it was luke warm. I ask them why they didn't heat everything a little more and they told me that a lot of the seniors were complaining that it was too hot. I was so disappointed! I used to have a heater on my pool and I felt pretty good when I could excercise 5 days a week. I am thinking of buying a hot tub with all theraputic jets. Do any of have any experience with this? Judi...enjoy that water therapy! Dix...go easy in the class. You don't feel like you are excercising until you feel it the next day. It is really a shame that I can't be in the pool because they are starting water excercise class for people with RA. > Judi, > I started swimming last week.
