Guest guest
Judy, Go for it! You aren¹t leaving memories behind. Those memories will always be with you. They don¹t get sold with the house. A few months ago I left my hometown of over 40 years, and left the home we built and raised our family in. Like you, I couldn¹t deal with the steps and dreamed of a smaller house on one floor. The kids were gone and all I wanted to do was to move to warmer weather. I¹ve been in my dream home since the end of March and I have NO regrets. Oh, I lie. I have regrets that I brought so much stuff that I don¹t need. Parting with things is the hardest thing. Moving from a large house to a small house requires weeding out and sometimes it isn¹t easy. Good luck with your decision. a > Hi everyone...I don't post much as I am a quiet one by nature.
