Guest guest
Becky, That is great that they may be looking into making Humira an easier injection. Hopefully they will be able to. a > > When I went to the pharmacy this week to pick up my Humira there was a note > attached offering $20 to take part in a survey. Guest guest
I have not had any problems with the Humira burning like that. When my husband gave me the shot the first time, I just asked him to slow down and then I iced the area afterwards. That helped the first time. The second time, he just went slowly and I had very little burning afterwards. I called today and it appears the survey is about the pain from the injection from Humira. The questions were based on 1-10, 10 being the worst. I gave it a 10 times 10 for the pain! Maybe they are finally trying to do something about whatever it is causing it to burn so long. They wanted to know how long it hurt after it was injected. I told them anywhere from 4-10 minutes. This week, though, I think it was closer to 12 minutes. Once it's over, though, it's over until two weeks later. They also asked from 1-10, what is my anxiety level knowing I was going to get the shot. I asked how many numbers beyond 10 I could use. 10 was the limit so it definitely got a 10. Guest guest
I wonder if everyone is getting this survey. I have a very low anxiety level when taking the shot. I agree it burns but only during the time I am injecting it, maybe a little sore a minute or two after. Then it feels like a bruise for about a day, but it does not bother me. --- In , " Pederson " <linda@7...> wrote: > I have not had any problems with the Humira burning like that.
