Hi Everybody,

How are you?

Well.........my first symptoms were not in

my Shoulders and Arms..........they were

Pressure/Pulsating Headaches in the Base

of the Skull and Back of the Neck. Or I

should say that this was the symptom that

made me aware that my ACM II was becoming

Symptomatic, maybe there were others, but

they were so slight that I didn't realize

them.

I believe that ACM itself can cause problems

in the Lower Body, you wouldn't have to have

Tethered Cord or Syrinx to have this problem.

But yes, if there are problems in the legs

and feet it could be a Tethered Cord or

Syrinx.

So I would say that your problems could be

from ACM alone, or that maybe you do have

something wrong in your Lower Spine. Get it

checked out.

Hope this helped.

Take Care,

Brande

NotYou@...

is it true that with 'simple' acm (there's a laugh...simple?) the

earliest symptoms would manifest in the shoulders/arms...as far as

weakness & neuro symptoms. If the legs/feet are affected, this could

mean a syrinx or tethered cord at a lower point in spine?

would this be an indication that there MIGHT be something wrong in

lower spine? (i have a permanent lower back injury from 25 years ago

which has never caused any symptoms like this).

i realize that no one would want to try to dx this, just asking for

experience of others. if you only had acm, did/do you get symptoms in

feet/legs?

Take Care,

Brande
