Guest guest
Sorry for the late reply... I did all my shopping allready, via online/walmart.com for certain items ( the shipping was pretty good vs. gas, stress, and time saver not to mention finding out when you get to the store they don't have your item or size etc.) and got my own discounts on Avon and Gold Canyon Candles since I am a rep for both. I saved 27 -45% that way so I didn't have to go from store to store for sales. I can't stand driving around in traffic, and going from store to store, I just can't do it anymore. I have a suggestion, try selling from home party/catalog items ( besides mine, there's also Pampered Chef, Home Interiors, other Home and Garden type sales, Other Candle Sales, Discovery Toys, and what ever else there is out there. Ask what the invesment is or if you have to buy a kit. Just sign up during the holidays and you can quit afterwards, You don't have to share that it will only be temporary, just a thought. Blessings to you all as you try to shop for your loved ones these holidays April T <flakin-gimp@...> wrote: Hey gang! Hope everyone had a great day yesterday. Ready for the left overs? YUMMY! We are having our turkey today because DH had to work last night and I need all the help I can get when it comes to turkey and the fixins. I can cook (DH surely can't! LOL) Just have a hard time lugging the turkey and cutting up the veggies when I am in a major flare up, like this week. I was wondering if any of you have the courage for the stores today? Originally we were planning to go this morning when DH got home from work but I decided against it. DH was happy since he hates crowds. I just couldn't see getting run over by anyone and for some reason people seem to come charging at you if you are using canes or a walker. Totally rude I know, but that is how they are around here. Not to mention we wouldn't be able to find a handicap spot if our life depended on it today. I hate missing the sales, but just don't want to deal with the rude people. Anyone else staying home today? Hugs to all in Ct.
