Guest guest
Thank you for posting this site as a resource. I found many aspects of it to be quite interesting and helpful. In particular, I found the section where one doctor was talking about chronic inflammation quite interesting as it help shed some light for me on a question that I had been asking myself for some time now, which is: Does the presence of inflammation in a biopsy of the vulva necessarily indicate inflammation in a true, clinical sense? That is, is the presence of some abnormal, irritated calls common in most women, even those who are asymtomatic? When the results of my biopsy came back abnormal, I was sure that the " inflammation " was the cause of all my problems. However, later on I began questioning the significance of this finding and wondering if women with " normal " vulvas and no symptoms would receive the same diagnosis if there was a reason to biopsy their vaginas. After reading this article, I am more confident that the answer is yes. A recommended read for all those suffering with this disorder... Sara (scor@...)
