Sitting on a Doughnut Pillow

Dear Members,

If sitting is a big problem, the pharmacies have a " doughnut pillow " that

is used by hemorroid

sufferers. They are sometimes called... health cushions. They range in price

from 12. to 25 bucks.

A support friend of mine bought one and put a pretty covering around it and used

it at her desk

at work or when she had to travel by car for long lengths of time. Worked

wonders.
