Guest guest
Hi April, I spent most of yesterday on the couch with one of those fever/achy flares, and I don't have RA (I have Dercum's.) My joints felt like they were grinding on each other. My normal temp, like yours, is around 96-97. My doc knows when it's 98 and above, I'm sick! They even have it noted on my hospital records now! I hate that achy, about-to-get-the-flu feeling. I drank gallons of green tea yesterday, read " Skipping Christmas " , listened to CD's, cuddled with the cat, and generally just felt like I needed a day off. We even had carry-in Chinese and ate by the fire last night. Today is better, but this cold, cloudy, damp weather doesn't help, and they are predicting heavy rain changing to snow here in central Indiana. Take care, baby yourself, and don't feel guilty!
