Aloe acts like a laxative. Has it done that to you? I never take laxatives

because

they make me burn, not only at my rectal area but all the way back to my vulva

area.

I have found that if I am having a really bad IBS bought (like one of the

midnight, wake me up from a dead sleep, really bad episode) Aloe vera juice

is the best thing. It will calm it down enough to get back to sleep. It

has never caused anymore BM, and Lord knows that I don't need anymore of

that. It has saved me from the emergency room a few times.

Just my .02,
