Guest guest
Yeah, when I began to feel better, I got a little wild and blew off pacing myself or being careful- that was not a good idea, but- gosh I just felt so much better! I seem to be settling into a funk where even tho I do feel better, I am still sorta inactive sometimes....I say it is fatigue or being tired....Maybe it is a depressive thing, maybe it is fear of overdoing it, some days I think I have forgotten that I am not as sick as I once was, I am not sure. I do know, when it first hit, it was in and out and when I was doing bad, it was far more intense than now, but longer times in between bad times, and now it is much much less intense, but more joints at a time flaring, but the pain is not the same intensity but it is more constant, maybe it zaps strength this way? - In , Grammi_Love@w... wrote: > Hi All...my hands have been giving me grief, but that's been happening > off & on for so long. Guest guest
Tess, We all tend to overdue it when we get to feeling a little better. I know you have a lot going on right now, we never know how much we have until the move,...... I also have a lot of problems with my feet recently. I hurt in the big toe joint also, I'm getting where it's hard for me to bend my toes. You be careful, and I will keep you in my prayers, Tawny > Hi All...my hands have been giving me grief, but that's been happening > off & on for so long. Guest guest
Tess, maybe you're not only moving more but moving in ways you aren't used to. Whatever the case, do mention it to your doctor. Hope your move goes smoothly and that you'll be feeling better in all ways very soon. I'll tell you where to go! Guest guest
Dear Tess, You're not Superwoman, just Wonderwoman! Give yourself a break and slow down! You don't have to climb that mountain in one day, just one step at a time. What would you tell me? Love ya, Judi
Guest guest
Tess, After my moving experience, I hurt everywhere. Actually I still have not recovered and hope I didn¹t do permanent damage. Please take care and don¹t over do it. I hope your pain is just from being more active and using muscles more. Please let your doc know. a > Hi All...my hands have been giving me grief, but that's been happening > off & on for so long.
