Guest guest
Hi Tawny, I couldn't let the chiropractor adjust my neck by twisting because it would cause terrible headaches for several days. If you have severe disc damage in your neck, they usually won't touch it. My chiro has a little adjuster tool which looks like a miniature pogo stick that she would use to gently tap my neck into alignment. When I first began to see her, I had very limited movement in my neck and after a year, I could turn my neck to the side completely. It is now starting to freeze up again since I haven't gone in a year but it is still better than it was. Iris --- Tawny <tawnyokc@...> wrote: > I have a terrible time with my neck. Guest guest
Hi Iris, That sounds very different, I have never heard of that. I will have to check it out, thanks Tawny > > > I have a terrible time with my neck. It seems to get worse everyday, > > and have limited movement.
