Guest guest
What you may be describing is a condition called dyshydrosis; a raised bunch of itchy papules scattered over the hands, feet, arms and sometimes other parts of the body. Not easily treated. Best not to scratch, if possible. They do eventually go away without scarring, if you don't scratch the bleep out of them (difficult to do!).
