Guest guest
Okay - this is just an opinion so take that for what it is worth. I think I do better in the summer - not so much for the hotness but the heat goes right into my bones. I stand out in the sun for a few minutes and I feel that heat going all the way in and massaging my aching muscles and joints. In the winter, the sun doesn't have the intensity and is farther away so doesn't send its heat to us as well...so heating up the house doesn't do any good. If you were to get a heat lamp - that might do the job. You may have had a flare - up because of the changing pressure systems. If there is a high pressure system coming into the area - I know it the day before the weather men really start talking about it and I start layering my clothes and warming myself up. Humidity and dampness are other factors that bother me. In the summer the humidity level here in Ok is lower then in the spring fall and winter but thank God that summer here is the big season. the others together add up to just over 50%. I love the fall colors and I love the starkness of winter - then the spring flowers start peaking through - but I truly love the heat from the sun in summer. God bless, Althea --- In , " sandit328 " <SandiT328@a...> wrote: > I know that summer is easier on RA and Fibro but I'm not sure why. > I've been feeling a little better since the end of May. Guest guest
I live in Oklahoma, and we have very high humidity. I have felt worse this summer, then the winter, if that even makes sense. > I know that summer is easier on RA and Fibro but I'm not sure why. > I've been feeling a little better since the end of May.
