Guest guest
Dennis, sorry you are having so much pain from your surgery. What kind of surgery did you have? Guest guest
, that's exactly what I said, I hope. Now I fould wish to have Ra in the joints instead of the pain I'm suffering from the surgery! I just thought I hurt from the RA. I cannot sit for any length of time, can't bend, squat, or bend over. Guest guest
Mike- My e-mail may not have come through. My rheumatologist and dentist said RA can and does effect jaws. It can effect any joint in the body. I have one little joint in my ribs that even flares. --------- [ ] Jaw pain??? > > > > > > > > >> > > >> > > >> > > >> I'm wondering if this is another symptom, or something totally > > >> different...lately, I am sore and tired in my jaw. Guest guest
Sue, the operation was the result of tests for my anemia. We didn't know what it was caused by except that my red blood count was really low. During the colonoscopy last March, they found one hemorrhoid, but didn't feel that it was the cause. The surgeon found 4 of them during the surgery, one of which was internal and external. He thought that's the one causing most of the problem. I hope he's right. It doesn't seem that something that simple would do it, but he removed 3, and will wait and see what happens. At least there are no ulcers he could find. I had a bad experience during the hospital stay. I went in at 5:30 AM, got through recovery, and moved into my room at 10:30 AM. Shortly after that, a nurse came in to see what kind of food I wanted for lunch, and said they would order it. Lunch is from 11:45 to 12:30. At 2:30, I still didn't have any food! This was the same problem I had in my stay last month. Everybody was apologizing but I still had no food since the evening before. I was scheduled to stay through Friday evening but I decided I didn't need the added headache that was a chronic problem since I had the same experience on another floor with different people. I left Thursday night and came home where I could get the attention I needed. I plan to complain to the hospital administrator about the lousy service, there's no excuse for it. If that simple problem couldn't be solved, how bad can the rest of my stay be? Dennis Re: [ ] Jaw pain???....... mike > > Dennis, sorry you are having so much pain from your surgery.
