Hi Tina, I was on it for 5 years, no problems whatsoever. My rheumatologit at

the time said 5 years was long enough and took me off it but didn't replace it

with another med. I had no side affects from discontinuing it.

if anyone has any info on Plaq.the long term effects on the eyes and what

happens if you can not take it any more,is there something else or are you stuck

doing without it? I go to the eye Dr. every 6 mos.for a check-up on my eyes,but

the Dr . said if it shows that it is changing my eyes I must stop it and can not

re start it.So far I have had no prob.but it does not hurt to ask those of you
