Guest guest
Hi, I am having arthroplasty on my right wrist on Monday and am a nervous wreck. I had the left one done about a yr. ago with good results and am more nervous about this one since I am right handed. Does anyone have any good tips for doing things while not able to use your dominant hand? I have had to stop the meds that were helping me and am also very stiff and in a lot of pain so I am not looking forward to this. I will be in a soft cast for ten days - hmmm, maybe i should just think of it as a mini-vacation and enjoy being waited on hand and foot. Thanks for listening.
