Guest guest Posted September 5, 2008 Report Share Posted September 5, 2008 Does anyone know if 'wheat maltodextrin' as an ingredient indicates the presence of wheat gluten? I know most maltodextrin is derived from corn, potato, or rice starch. But this particular product indicates it is from wheat. If it is starch does it contain gluten?
