Have any of you read this book? What are your thoughts on it? It's

being touted as " The most comprehensive study of nutrition ever

conducted " and has a strong vegan/anti animal products message.

I read the book and really was moved by it.? In fact, Dr. Esselsten from the

Cleveland Clinic is a proponent of the whole food plant-based diet, and he and

his wife teach it in their home.? He has now become a traveling hero with this

plan because he has been able to reverse heart disease and cancer in patients

that were originally given no hope.? The facts are very mind changing and the

research is very reliable, using a wide population.? The author is quite well

respected and has been on the board in many major government programs.? The

information is very convincing and only helped me to see that the big picture is

very frightening.? It's something that everyone should read, but not everyone

will choose to believe.? I highly recommend it, and as a bonus, you can get 25

continuing ed hours as well.?
