Guest guest
Hi All...my hands have been giving me grief, but that's been happening off & on for so long. However, my feet...from the top where the big toe joint is across to the other side of the top are hurting pretty badly. Sometimes my toes ache, too. We are in the middle of sorting, packing, and moving. Em reminded me how much more I am doing now than I could have before. I have heard of some folks having flare-ups of RA/PsA, etc. after losing weight because they feel so much better at first and tend to over-use their joints. My Aunt who has RA has bad feet, but mine have been great til now. They are stiff, but I don't see any redness or swelling. I will talk to my rheumy when I see him. As much as physically there is less of a " load " for me to carry, I'm having a hard time emotionally off & on. New physical pain doesn't help that. But I am grateful I can help more, do more, but I don't want to hurt myself either. Love to all... Tess
