Guest guest
what kind of pain meds are you wanting a? Im not taking any pain meds for my own pain but Iam taking Zoloft and that helps me along with Celebrex but all I can say is that everyones RA is different so if pain meds is what you want I wish you all the best. Guest guest
, Thanks but NJ is where I had the problems! I was on narcotics for many years until I had both knees replaced. After my replacements, I went of Ultram, which was ok for a few years since most of my severe bone on bone pain had been alleviated with the replacements. Now my ankles are giving me severe bone on bone pain and my NJ doctor would NOT prescribe the narcotics he once had prescribed to me. He stopped prescribing to everyone, not just me. I changed doctors and still only got Ultram. I changed again and still only got Ultram. So 3 NJ doctors let me down. The worse one was the one that I had a 15 year history with. He KNEW I wasn¹t an abuser. He KNEW I despised taking medications and took as few as I could. So now I am in Florida just starting my journey with new doctors and the first rheumy I go to has the same narcophobic attitude. It is very depressing to have to deal with this and just not fair. The only way I¹ll come back to NJ is kicking and screaming. I LOVE FLORIDA!!!! a > a: I am so sorry you are having trouble getting pain meds in your new > state. Come back to New Jersey. Guest guest
, I want my doctor to prescribe stronger meds than darvocet or ultram. I¹m glad your meds are working for you. Mine worked for me for several years, but are not effective anymore. I will just have to change doctors and find a more compassionate one. I hope you never need anything more than what you are taking and if you do, I hope your doctor is a compassionate one. a > what kind of pain meds are you wanting a?
