Strawberry-Nut Bread

4 eggs

1 cup oil

2 cups sugar

2 10 oz. pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries,thawed

3 cups flour

1 Tablespoon cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp salt

1 1/4 cups chopped pecans or walnuts

Beat eggs in medium bowl till fluffy.

Stir in oil,sugar and strawberries.

Sift together four,cinnamon,baking soda and salt in large bowl.

Add the strawberry mixture and fold in the nuts.

Pour into two greased and floured 5x9-inch loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour for 10 minutes or until loaves test done.

Cool in pans 10 minutes.

Remove to wire rack for complete cooling.

Chill before slicing.

Serves 24.

Fruit Dip

8oz. cream cheese,softened

2 TBSP orange juice

1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

1 7-oz. jar of marshmallow creme

Combine first three ingredients in bowl and mix till smooth.

Fold in the marshmallow creme.

Serve with bite sized fruit for dippers.

Serves 8
