Quick Cheeseburger Bake1 lb. ground beef

3/4 cup chopped onion

1 can (11 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese soup

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, if desired1/4 cup milk

2 cups Bisquick® Original baking mix

3/4 cup water

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Generously grease bottom and sides of rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.

Cook ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet over medium heat, stirring

occasionally.

When beef is brown; drain.

Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.

Stir together baking mix and water in baking dish until moistened; spread

evenly.

Spread beef mixture over batter.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 30 minutes.

Makes 8 to 10 servings

1 Serving: 345 calories (180 calories from fat); 20 g fat (9 g saturated); 55 mg

cholesterol; 890 mg sodium; 23 g carbohydrate (0 g dietary fiber); 18 g protein.

Bake at 400° F.

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

1 cup all purpose flour

3/4 cup sugar

6 tablespoons baking cocoa, divided

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup packed brown sugar

1-3/4 cups hot water

Whipped cream or ice cream, optional

In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and

salt.

Stir in the milk, oil and vanilla until smooth.

Spread in an ungreased 9 inch square baking pan.

Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa; sprinkle over batter.

Pour hot water over all; do not stir.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Serve warm.

Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.

Yield: 9 servings
