MTX and Sunburn

I, too, am on MTX and had a terrible problem with sunburn. It wasn't like an

ordinary sunburn in that it was real itchy. I got sunburned even when I was

using the strongest sunblock I could find. Then I started using sunblock that

has zinc oxide in it and that did the trick. Last summer we went to the

Caribbean and I used plain zinc oxide. It is white when you put it on but turns

clear

in a little while. The only place I got the sunburn was on the back of my neck

because I forgot to use the zinc oxide there before going snorkeling.
