Guest guest
Hi Semalee Have you told your doctor about the palpitations? Could be a sign of an arrhythmia, which could put you at risk for clots. Just concerned......Cary

Guest guest
Yes he is aware of the problem, I have been through the ringer on this. 3 cardiologists later they finally believe there is a problem since " I am too young to have this problem " . They don't think it is dangerous, though, just my electrical system is off. I have had an echocardiogram, halter monitor, event monitor, and a catheterization. I have been on beta blockers, and now am on calcium blockers, which up until recently were helping very good. I have been taking Bextra this whole time, and just never thought it could be that. But with all of the news I figure it is something worth thinking about. So, day 2 of no Bextra and I haven't felt a peep out of my heart. hmmmmm.... I am going to wait a couple of days, I will probably call my docs on Wednesday and tell them what I think, so they all know what meds I am and am not taking... Thanks for your concern!
