Guest guest
That's a wise decision, Judi! Sorry to read that you had yet another scare. Hope you heal quickly from the fall and that the fair is a lot of fun. I'll tell you where to go! Guest guest
Judi, Hope your are ok now after your heat incident. If you're lucky, maybe you can find some one really good looking to cut your grass too, then you won't have to wait for the paramedics. Noreen [ ] Cutting grass OK, I give in. We decided to hire the guy who cuts our neighbor's grass to do the cutting from now on. Since he has a tractor, he'll give us a reduced rate if he can cut both lawns at the same time and only charge us $10 a week. Our SIL will come over either that morning or the day before and take the push mower and go around the edges where the tractor won't reach (which also keeps him away from my flowers!) I will still be allowed to work in my garden but only when it's cool, either in the morning or evening. No problem--much as I enjoy ice cream and eye candy, my noggin is kind of tender and my elbow is technicolor. Our town's free fair is this week. We're taking our grandson this afternoon, and I'm looking forward to his enjoyment of the tractors, animals, elephant ears, fair queen & court (even at 4, he likes pretty girls!) and the rides. It's an old fashioned county fair, and one of few that are free in the country. I'll see if I can get Ron to take a picture to post. Peace, Judi
Guest guest
Thank goodness Judi! Your poor bod can¹t take that mowing job. I hope no damage has been done. Have fun at the fair. It sounds like a lot of fun. a > OK, I give in. We decided to hire the guy who cuts our neighbor's > grass to do the cutting from now on.
