I agree. A green medic needs to be with seasoned medic if anything for a

keener insight to the patient condition. How many times do we make a run and

see and recognize a critical condition only because we have " been there done

that " A green medic may not see what the other medic sees until too late.

Yes, the green medic needs the experience and should run as many calls as

they can, but a veteran can guide and keep the green medic focused and

hopefully teach them more than they could ever learn in the books.
