Guest guest
That was kind for you to post that. and helpful.. Dr has already checked potassium, calcium, dehydration and throid... stretching is impossible as the contractions are extreme and the muscles so rigid and contracted... I am losing some faith in traditional medicine due to my husband and his illnesses, 2 of my kids, myself and a friend, nevermind my nursing credentials, my personal experience is causing me to think more outside the box. These contractions have already resulted in a couple ruptured tendons... who knows, maybe he will take away my RA diagnosis, as well..... My RA factor is very high, my sed rate is very high, my ANA has been high for over 25 years....my joints are typical RA, the XRays support it....except the pain an swelling is not symmetrical and moves..... It is a mess.....and there are not many options of rheumies in my area. Already I drive 2 of my kids and my husband 3 hours each way to chicago for ther health care.I am on the edge of just giving up and succumbing to symptoms. <sigh> I will see what my rheumie has to say after the holidays.....I can muddle thru that much longer, anyway..... BUT THAK YOU for the info.....it is good info ffor many of us, I am sure. - In , " " <Matsumura_Clan@m...> wrote: > MedlinePlus Medical Encyclopedia > > " Muscle cramps " : > > http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003193.htm > > > > > > I'll tell you where to go! > > Mayo Clinic in Rochester > http://www.mayoclinic.org/rochester > > s Hopkins Medicine > http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org
