Guest guest
Mark, I tried to respond to you directly about this but it bounced back, so here it is for general interest to the group. Hope you get it too. Pete Mark, My BrainPrime protocol was usually preceded by an assessment (big surprise), but then proceeded as follows: Client came into the office half an hour before session and does 25 minutes of light-sound around 10-15 Hz. Session began with alpha speedup protocol (8-10 Hz down, 11-13 Hz up), usually at P3 or P4 for about 8-10 minutes Then we did a protocol based on the EEG and Issues, often C3/A1 beta up and theta or alpha down, but sometimes SMR at C4/A2. Fibromyalgia is a Tone problem in our system. I'd work with that as a major element of the training. Often beta on the left is helpful in dealing with the pain and energy issues.
