Hi Peggy, I was really depressed on Tuesday when I found out about the pneumonia BUT napping isn't so bad and when I an not snoozing I have become addicted to Oprah, Dr. Phil and the home design shows. The prayers are working because today I feel pretty positive again and I have discovered that I absolutely love sugar free fudgesicles! A friend told me that Cherry extract works great for joint pain. I have not tried it yet. By the way did anyone see Oprah's debt diet show today? I missed it and am dying to find out what happened. Peggy wrote: Hi , Boy do I feel for you. I was so sick I had days I just did not want to be... The eating part is hard to control with prednisone to. Greens are really good for you. I just wish there was something I could say to comfort you.. SO I'll send you a warm hug and Prayers. God Bless and comfort you... Peggy 09/04 ipf Thanks Leanne! They are starting to move me down from 40 to 30 and you are right I am tired and have flu like symptoms. I think the problem since I have first had PF (long before I was diagnosed) is that I don't feel so bad and then I overdo it and suffer the consequences. I am staying home for the next two weeks and just concentrating on resting and eating right. The steroids have improved my breathing

so much I don't need oxygen at the moment BUT I am so shaky tired and weak I can'r do much of anything and feel just as miserable as when I was breathing worse. I am not sure it is a good trade off. Do you use an inhaler or nebulizer or just the Nsaid and Iodine? Thank you for the good thoughts, prayers and info- Leanne Storch wrote: Do you Yahoo!? Everyone is raving about the all-new Yahoo!
