Guest guest
Thank you dear Ken, just wish I lived closer because I envision us sitting, talking, drinking coffee or tea and finding solutions to every problem. However, the bond we will share through email will be that of a true friendship where we will swap storiesshare our burdens and now and then have a big laugh over silly things we do. I know all too well about losing friends because of RA. Because of my limitations, it is just too much of an inconvenience for them to put my wheelchair in the car, walk slowly to match my ungainly gait and to stop when I need to take a pain killer. Even close family members don't invite me on their shopping excursions or out for lunches that we used to do on a regular basis. I am very thankful for one close friend who has been with me for the long haul and doesn't mind slowing down for me or pushing the wheelchair. Now, we have to find a way to end much of the isolation that is being forced on you through no fault of your own. So, everyone, put your thinking hats on to help our pal to find a solution.
