Guest guest
I just read under possible food & drug raction with Atenolo in my PDR, that one item on the list is Tums - that it could either increase, decrease or alter the effects of the medication..............rats.....they have had me on this combination for months. Yet another thing to ask about! Ellen Tums really does help! > Hi All, > > I'm keeping Tums on hand now, and when the " super bloat " begins to develop that tells me the afib will soon start, I take about 2 or 3 per hour up to 6 tablets. It works! > Someone suggested that recently - thanks for the tip! > I know there are other things that play in, particularly, I'm working on the things that trigger the bloat in the first place. > > Willa > > >

Would you mind posting what the PDR says about food and drug reactions for toprol? I have seen lists of medication reactions on the web, but I haven't seen any info about food reactions except random postings in places, no " authoritative " info. I am thinking a lot of us are taking vitamin and mineral suppliments of various linds...
