Guest guest
Where I work the owner doesnt mind you working with someone you become involved with, that is how he met his wife. On the other hand my supervisor strictly forbids it. Unfortunately, I have seen her become very jealous because I was dating a co-worker to whom Im now engaged to. Since this my fiance has left the company and the supervisor continues to act jealous and treat me different because of it. Oh well I guess. You would think that you could get the person to understand that just because she the only unattached female in the company she doesnt have to be the center of attention. But as far as short term relationships we dated for over 6 months before we decided to prepare to tie the knot. Good luck to the other in house relationship, I hope they can work out well.. Randy [texasems-L] Interdepartmental relationships I was curious to other companies P & P regarding married people working together or dating each other? Does it matter If one is one's supervisor? Just curious to see how other company's handle situations like this? Cory _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web.
