This Christmas there was very little money, and though I bought a small

gift for each of my 2 grandchildren, I didn't have much left. So I went

to our " Dollar Tree " store and bought 4 photo albums, one for each of my

children.

It took me awhile to complete them as everytime I looked at a photogaph

from the past 31 years (my eldest is 31) I would find myself going back

to when the photo was taken. More than a few tears were shed...but more

than a few smiles popped up my face as well.

I've had times with better finances, bigger more elaborate gifts for my

children. But you should have seen their faces light up as they opened

their photo albums. They were SO delighted! They showed each other

(each book was different for each child) they showed their aunt, their

grandparents, their sweeties and then they kissed me and hugged me

tightly.

My children have been through so very much. I am so grateful that

'through it all' they know they are loved, and they remember the love.

This blessed my heart so much!

Love to all...

Tess
